Help

From the Home Page you can access both the Facility Profiles and Facility Submittals. Use the Page Navigation on the right to toggle between the two screens. The print report button, accessible from both pages, prints or downloads a PDF report that is a summary of both the Profile and Submittal pages.

On the Profile page, you will see the UST facility information including name and ID number, owner information and, if applicable, operator information. The location of the UST Facility and the tanks appears on the map to the right of the UST facility information. Click on the "+" and "-" symbols on the map to zoom in and out.

On the Submittal page, you will see a list of submittals associated with the UST facility. You can view or download any attachments and view any comments. You can also export the list to an excel spreadsheet.
